I set up my own personal training company in 2012, throughout the past 5 years, I have worked with a variety of clients who have their own individual short and long term goals.

The main two areas’ I specialise in is weight loss and pre-post natal personal training.

My aim as a personal trainer is to get quick and effective results, ensuring my client’s get a great experience with each session I conduct. The sessions are designed to make you work hard, but there will also have a fun element, which will help to achieve the big end goal. Personal training sessions can be conducted at the most convenient location for you; this could be in the local park or in the comfort of your own home.

Sessions will be designed to be enjoyable, challenging and rewarding.
