Having set up my own personal training company in 2015, during that time i have worked with a variety of clients who have their own individual short and long term goals, including weight loss, help to shape and tone their body or increase muscle mass.

My aim as a personal trainer is to get quick and effective results, ensuring my client’s get a great experience with each session I conduct. The sessions are designed to make you work hard, but there will also have a fun element, which will help to achieve the big end goal.

As well as being a fully qualified fitness instructor, I am qualified to teach a number of fitness classes, including boxercise and Kettlebells which I do throughout the east end of Glasgow:

Metafit 5pm till 5.30pm £3.50
Kettlebells 5.30pm till 6.15pm  £5.

Boxercise 6.15pm till 7pm  £4 .
