All sessions are varied and enjoyable using Boxercise techniques, TRX, Kettlebells , free weights, body weight training and cardio based sessions with all the equipment brought to you.

I also run an outdoor fitness group every Saturday morning at 8.20 King George V playing field in Farnborough – come along and get your weekend off to a great start.
