In2 Training incorporates In2CrossFit and In2HotYoga. We strongly both types of training are important and bring something unique. As a company our philosophy is to ensure that each individual is receiving high quality training, and is given one-on-one advice on which combination of training types will get them the results they want. As well as training we strongly believe in other lifestyle factors  – sleep and nutrition are just as important as training!
