A personal trainer based in Farnham, I work with my clients to empower and motivate them to feel fitter, healthier and stronger. Sessions are fun and challenging but always supportive to ensure you get the most out of the very precious time you have to focus on yourself.
In addition to being a personal trainer, my full-time job is Mummy to 2 boys. I am acutely aware of how it feels to be a new parent, with all of the challenges that it brings, whilst trying to hold on to the old you or at least find her again after what feels like endless months growing another human being! My experiences of pregnancy and beyond have given me first hand experience and expertise in such areas as diastasis recti and I am now making it my mission to help other Mummy’s get their mojo back!
